The Junior League of Fort Myers believes in the strong foundation that literacy creates for our youth.  Through partner programs, we work to ensure books are available and accessible to all children.  Through Literacy Outreach, our members have created book and reading drives, as well as programs to engage parents and their children to improve literacy skills by working together.

The JLFM has partnered with such agencies as the Early Learning Coalition and the Bonita Literacy Council to reach populations of kids with a need to targeted literacy support.
