2025-2026 Board of Directors
Sara joined the Junior League of Fort Myers in 2019 shortly after moving to the SWFL area from Fort Lauderdale, FL. She moved to the Fort Myers area for her career and her husband, who had moved over to this coast as well. Sara works in Retail Management and has been in the field for over 6 years. She attended Florida State University, and her background is the fashion industry. Last fall, Sara’s retail store was able to receive the honor and recognition of being Store of the Year out of all locations in the country. This was a great accomplishment for her and her team, as they work hard to provide excellent customer service for their clients and look forward to their continued success in the future.
Sara initially joined the Junior League back in 2016 in Fort Lauderdale after graduating college. She was involved in the Marketing and Training and Development Committees and loved getting to know new faces and learning about her hometown. Enjoying the volunteerism and friendships made in Fort Lauderdale, Sara transferred to the Fort Myers League wanting to learn more about the SWFL community when making the change to move to the West Coast. Sara has spent time serving on the JLFM Board of Directors as both Community Director and Membership Director. Her
passion for the league’s mission and desire to continue developing her leadership skills, led her to apply become the Nominee for President-Elect for the 24-25 term. Sara will bring her dedication and passion to further improving the lives of women and children in SWFL and will continue to grow and flourish our membership and develop leaders in the community.
President-Elect: Genevieve Davis
A dedicated member for the past seven years, Genevieve has contributed her time and talents to numerous committees, most recently serving on the Nominating Committee. She now steps into this exciting new role as the League’s first two-year President under our updated board structure.
Genevieve brings a dynamic combination of strategic insight, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership to the Board of Directors. Through her professional and service background, she offers a well-rounded perspective in governance, membership development, and organizational growth. She works closely with those around her, valuing transparency and accountability in decision-making. Her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and encouraging meaningful engagement will be instrumental in supporting the League’s long-term success.
In her free time, Genevieve enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, especially her husband and son, Adam and Cooper!
Secretary: Harlee Samuels
Harlee has been a dedicated member of the Junior League since 2008, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to every role she takes on. Before relocating to Southwest Florida, she served in several leadership positions with the Junior League of Boca Raton.
Since joining the Junior League of Fort Myers, Harlee has continued to make a meaningful impact, serving as Secretary on the 2024-2025 Board of Directors. Her enthusiasm, commitment to the League’s mission, and active involvement in our community have been truly inspiring.
Professionally, Harlee is a Social Worker in the Emergency Room at NCH North Naples Hospital, where she supports patients and families during some of their most critical moments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and beloved dog Knightro!
Treasurer: Kerriann LaGrassa
Kerriann joined the Junior League in San Antonio Texas. After 1.5 years, she moved to Dallas and transferred her membership to the Junior League of Dallas. While at Dallas she served as a hospital volunteer, a community grants analyst, a Dallas Abortuem volunteer, Parkland Hospital Project Chair, and briefly as the Dallas Arboretum Project Chair before moving to Fort Myers in August 2023. Kerriann is a TX licensed attorney and has worked in Income Tax since graduating law school. She now works for a virtual CFO firm that specializes in coaching small business to become six and seven figure businesses. She lives with her husband and 4 year old twins, Madeline and Theodore.
Executive Vice President: Meghan Warner-Boyle
Meghan Warner-Boyle has been a member of JLFM for many years and has most recently served as President during the 23-24 league year. Meghan loves being a part of the Junior League of Fort Myers and can’t wait to continue working with and meeting more incredible women who make the league bigger and better than before! In her career, Meghan works as the General Manager for a country club in beautiful Bonita Springs, FL. She was born in Lakenheath, England but has lived in Florida most of her life. In her free time, she likes to go to the beach to relax, kayak to the middle of nowhere, and spend quality time with her friends and family
Community Chair: Megan Wagner
Megan has been a member of the Junior League of Fort Myers since 2024 and received the Rising Star award for the 2024-2025 league year. She is excited to serve the League and the Southwest Florida area as the Community Chair for the 2025-2026 league year. She has previously served as an assistant director and coach for the TOPSoccer adaptive sports program with Cape Coral Youth Soccer. Megan is a Cape Coral native and works as an occupational therapist specializing in hand therapy. In her free time she enjoys spin classes and spending time with her senior cat.
Membership Chair: Kristen Rzonca
Kristen Rzonca joined the Junior League of Fort Myers in 2024 after relocating to Fort Myers from Tampa. Kristen joined Junior League to meet fellow service-minded women and become more connected to the SWFL community. Kristen currently works in Client Services at Gartner and previously worked in higher education in recruitment and student services. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Florida (Go bulls!). Outside of work and Junior League, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby girl, watching sports, and reading.
Communications Chair: Samantha Wills
Samantha Wills has been a member of the Junior League of Fort Myers in 2024 after relocating from Orlando in order to become more involved with the hometown that gave so much to her. Sam received her Bachelor’s of Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University, and went on to get her Master’s of Social Work from Florida State University. Sam current works as an LCSW/Therapist at a local mental health clinic. Sam has worked in and volunteer with different service-based positions including schools, nonprofits, and psychiatric facilities. In her spare time, Sam can be found crocheting, reading the latest fantasy series, and spending time with her husband and 2 cats.

Nominating Chair: Jennifer Dooley
Jen Dooley became a member of the Junior League in the fall of 2014, driven by her desire to connect with the community and pursue her passion for volunteerism. Over the past 10 years, she has actively participated in various committees, both as a member and as a chair. Additionally, she has held significant roles on the board, including Recording Secretary, Community VP, and serving as the 2019-2020 President.
Jen’s commitment to the Junior League of Fort Myers remains steadfast. She continues to contribute as a sustainer and is now honored to be part of the Nominating process, where she helps plan next year’s league leadership. Jen firmly believes in the mission of the Junior League, particularly in empowering women and nurturing their potential. Her experiences within the league have been invaluable, and she is excited to take on this new role and help the league prepare for next year!
