The Junior League of Fort Myers has gone wild planning for their 4th
Annual Wine Tasting Event. This year’s event, which will be held at Cru,
will offer more than just fine wines for tasting. A wide selection of
specialty beers and a Vodka Luge has been added to the menu as well.
Never heard of a Vodka Luge? “You’ll have to join us at the Junior
League’s Cocktail Soiree held at Cru on Sunday, April 6, 2008 at 5 p.m.
to find out more,” says Angela Brant, JL President. Guests will also
enjoy a selection of Hors d’oeuvres, which will include Cru’s popular
Spicy Crab and Bonzi Rolls.
Only 300 tickets are available for this wildly fun event, and at only
$75 per person, tickets will go quickly. The evening will include a
silent auction with items such as jewelry, spa treatments, designer
sunglasses, fine art, golf foursomes, and much more. All proceeds from
this event benefit the Junior League of Fort Myers' community projects,
such as Our Mother's Home, PACE Center for Girls and the Harlem Heights
