For the past several years, the Junior League of Fort Myers has partnered with the Heights Foundation in the Holiday Giving Tree Project.  This year, more than 80 children are participating in the Giving Tree.  Each child hangs two stars on the tree; one is a clothing request, the other a request for the one thing the child wants most.

League members take a star from the tree, and purchase and wrap the gift for the child.  The Helping Hands Committee then hosts a celebration at the Imaginarium at which the children receive their gifts.

This has been a popular project each year, and a great opportunity for Junior League members to help children in the community.
