Best of Taste of the Town

 

Each year, the Junior League of Fort Myers holds a competition to judge the best dishes presented by restaurants participating in Taste of the Town.  Restaurants compete using dishes they will be presenting to the public on the day of the event.  Here are the winners!

 

Taste of the Town’s ‘Best of Taste’—Best Appetizer
Winner—Szechuan Chicken Salad (The Golf Club at Magnolia Landing)
Runner-Up—Crabmeat and Fontina Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms (Captain Fish Bones)

Taste of the Town’s ‘Best of Taste’—Best Entree
Winner—Mariachi Chicken (Sandy Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill)
Runner-Up—Paella (Coconuts Waterfront Bar and Grill)

Taste of the Town’s ‘Best of Taste’—Dessert
Winner—Bananas Foster Cupcakes (Robin’s Nest Bakery)
Runner-Up—Sweet Potato Cream Cheese Pie (I Like it Like That Bakery)
